1. Delete Your Account In-App

The fastest way — takes less than a minute and you retain a copy of your data.

  1. Open the Simplin app and navigate to the Profile tab.
  2. Export your data (optional but recommended) — timesheets, schedules, messages, and payroll records can be emailed as a ZIP.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the Profile tab and tap "Delete Account".
  4. Review the warning and tap "Delete My Account".
  5. Confirm one final time by tapping "Yes, Delete Forever". You will be signed out immediately.
This cannot be undone.

Once confirmed, your schedules, employees, messages, and active NFC tag assignments are deleted immediately. Timesheet and payroll records are retained where required by labor and tax law, then permanently deleted. See the Privacy Policy for details.

2. Request Deletion via Email

If you've lost access to your account or prefer a written request, email us and we'll verify your identity before deleting.

  1. Email support@simplin.ai from the address associated with your account.
  2. Include your business name and the subject line "Delete my Simplin account".
  3. We'll verify your identity within 2 business days — usually with a reply to your email asking for one piece of billing information.
  4. Confirmation of deletion is sent within 30 days of verification, per GDPR and CCPA timelines.
